Barriers can come in a range of forms - unmanaged emotions, bias, imposter syndrome, lack of communication, assumptions, and poor listening skills. They can impact the way we respond to certain situations and can make us feel we have limited options. 
 
Emotions are important - after all, as humans we are emotional beings! But if not managed correctly, they can act as barriers. Read the resources below for more information on how to identify and overcome your barriers, and how to help others to do the same.
