Committing to Action
6th February 12:50pm - 2:00pm GMT I £4.80
You know you have a difficulty to deal with.
Of course you do, it's been torturing you, affecting your mood and your sleep. "Why me? Why now? It's not fair, I can't do this!" Somehow you have distracted yourself from ruminating about it negatively, and yet nothing has changed. The challenge is still there.
Perhaps you have taken on board our Masterclass on Avoidance and you have recognised this behaviour. Maybe you have also watched the session on Harnessing Difficult Feelings and this made sense to you. Or, the idea of Psychological Inflexibility has landed for you, and you're interested in becoming a more flexible person.
Wherever you are on your journey to action, you know you need to commit to it: it cannot be avoided any longer.
How do you overcome the remaining barriers?
How do you know you are ready to act?
How can you improve your chances of success?
Our next Dealing with Difficult Masterclass will be filled with tips for moving from avoidance into commitment to action, and dealing with the difficult things.
This is a live Zoom Masterclass for people looking for research-based and deeply experienced solutions to dealing with the challenges life throws at us quickly and effectively.
"The progress is remarkable and I am extremely grateful for the way in which this has been achieved." CEO, Scotland
"You did fantastic work where I thought progress could not be made." CEO, Boston

- Accepting - allowing yourself to experience the difficult and uncomfortable 👍
- Harnessing the energy of difficult feelings to achieve what is most important to you 🔄
- Committing to action 👣
- Embracing experience 🌟
- Maintaining perspective 👓

As an expert in leading with a Flexible Mindset, in each session Nick will break down the concepts and provide a wide range of accessible techniques with clear objectives and measures, allowing you to expand your emotional range and capability.
Are you ready to take control of your reactions in the moment and improve your leadership? If so, join us for the price of a coffee at just £4.80 incl. VAT. You’ll leave with practical tools to implement right away.
